Pinterest can give you a serious case of closet envy. Are you ready to make your closet look like one of those closet goals pictures? Believe it or not, there are ways to give your closet a boutique style makeover without breaking the bank.
Anyone who knows me knows that shopping is one of my favorite things to do. I would do it for a living if I could (wait that's a great idea for another stream of income. I need a lightbulb emoji). One of the things I'm really good at is finding high end (luxe) items for less.
It would be great to have a closet or budget large enough to have separate wardrobes: one for work and one for the weekend/outside of work. Unfortunately, many of us don’t have that luxury. The simplest solution for this issue is to purchase pieces that easily transitions from work wear to weekend wear.
When shopping for my wardrobe basics, I believe in purchasing quality over quantity. After purchasing an item, I want to feel like I’ll get my money out of that item. I try not to splurge on trendy pieces because I know I won’t wear the pieces enough to get my money’s worth out of them.
